Brauche ich eine Darmspiegelung?
Hallo in die Runde,
ich habe ein wichtiges Anliegen. Diese Woche habe ich eigentlich ein Termin zu einer Darmspiegelung. Jedoch bin ich mir nicht sicher, ob diese wirklich notwendig ist.
Zu meiner Person: Ich bin männlich 21Jahre alt.
Ich habe jetzt seit etwa einen Monat Schmerzen in der rechten Bauchgegend bzw. Leistengegend. Diese Schmerzen habe ich aber NUR wenn ich mit meinen Fingern dort hineindrücke. Es gibt einen Punkt nähe der Leiste/rechter Bauch, wenn ich dort hineindrücke tut es weh, es ist wie ein stechender Schmerz. Jedoch liegt dieser Punkt auch eher außen, als weg von der Mitte des Bauches. Vorallem beim Krafttraining spüre ich diesen deutlich mehr. Im normalen Alltag auch wenn ich nicht daran denke habe ich so gut wie keine Schmerzen, erst beim reindrücken tut es weh. Manchmal muss ich den Punkt auch suchen, bevor es wirklich weh tut. Der Punkt liegt so etwa unterm Beckenknochen! Dazu muss man sagen, dass ich vor 5 jahren an der rechten leiste einen Leistenbruch hatte und dies mit einem Netz wieder repariert wurde. Jedoch ist dies auch schon 5 Jahre her. Deswegen glaube ich nicht, das es daran liegt. Mein Stuhlgang ist ganz normal und ansonsten habe ich auch keine Bauchschmerzen. Ab und zu habe ich natürlich auch mal einen Krampf aber mehr eigentlich auch nicht. Vor 5 Tagen hatte ich mal zwei tage ein bisschen Verstopfungen aber die letzten Stuhlgänge waren alle normal.
Bezüglich den Schmerzen habe ich auch schon ein Ultraschall gemacht, jedoch konnte man da nichts erkennen, alles super!. Kann ein Ultraschall jedoch auch so tief in den Darm hineinsehen? Und wenn nein, hätte man dann nicht wenigstens etwas sehen müssen? Weil die Schmerzen sind ja beim drücken da!
Der Proktologe meinte dann, wir machen eine Darmspiegelung. Den Termin habe ich diese Woche. Jedoch bin ich mir nicht so sicher, ob der Darm wirklich das Problem ist. Gibt es denn bei Darmkrankheiten, wirklich nur Schmerzen so wie ich sie beschrieben habe oder muss dies etwas anderes sein ?
Meine Frage wäre, was Ihr mir empfehlen würdet. Lieber ein MRT ? Eine Darmspiegelung ? oder nochmal abwarten? Mich macht halt vorallem stutzig, dass man beim Ultraschall nichts gesehen hat, kann es dann vielleicht doch der Darm sein? Jedoch tut es nur beim drücken und beim Sport weh. Was könnte es sein? Hat es vielleicht auch schon jemand gehabt?
Ich würde mich über Ratschläge und Meinungen als auch Erfahrungen sehr freuen.

I don’t want to say doctors know everything and don’t fool themselves. But if you know better, why don’t you ask, or do you even go to the doctor? A reflection is the most reliable examination in intestinal and stomach diseases. In addition, material for further examination can also be taken simultaneously.
