It depends on the speed of the SD card, which you can ultimately do with the camera.

CF-Express cards are still much faster in data transfer and store at least 700 MB/s. The fastest SD cards, which are also very expensive, do not even create half of them (300 MB/s). And a normal cheap SD like ne Sandisk Ultra just brings 60MB/s.

A 800 Mbps (megabit!) Video requires a card that can store at least 100 MB/s (megalyte!).

The following types of videos cannot be recorded on SD cards. Use CFexpress cards.

– [MOV] video with a bit rate of 800 Mbps or higher

– [Apple ProRes] video with a resolution of 4K or higher

– Video with variable image rate with a recording quality with image compression mode ALL-Intra
