Travel documents for minors

In order to facilitate travel, only minors travelling to Germany or travelling out of Germany – although not required by law – should, in addition to their own valid travel document (passport, children’s passport or identity card) be signed by their caregiversDeclaration of consentwith him. This should be issued as far as possible in the languages of the home country and the destination country.

The declaration of consent should contain the following information:

  • that the minor may travel alone
  • the contact details of the parent concerned
  • the route
  • possible contact details of full-year accompanying persons
  • Source

So, you need an agreement to see if you need to show her, you’ll see. English is always correct.

In fact, you need a certified travel authority. MINDESTENS’ written consent of all guardians – but you can also stay where you are. Also hangs from whom you flee

If such consent is necessary in writing, we did not have that in Austria.

However, it would make sense to have something like that should happen.

It doesn’t cost anything.
