Need help with e scooter?

I bought a used e-scooter, Soflow s03, and wanted to register with the app, but then I got an error saying that the e-scooter number was registered with a different email address.

I called the previous owner and told him and he said he had deleted it.

What can be done or does anyone have an idea

The old owner must specify your email address in the account as “new mail address”. Then you need to reset the password via email and log in and change your data.

The previous owner must change his old email to your new email. Otherwise, the scooter is worthless for you. Get in touch with him and try to solve it. Stay cooperative and friendly.

The old owner must do that. Mostly on the website of the scooter manufacturer in the account area under “change email address”.
