Check out what reading error rate and value means. I think your hard drive should be replaced. You better get a SSD. I also have an SSD.
On youtube there is an accurate guide to how to replace the hard disk. To do this, you first have to replay the operating system to the new hard drive and then install it, but this is shown in the tutorial on youtube.
In any case, let’s check what the reading error rate means, because I think it’s supposed to be a thousand,000.
Reported uncorrectable errors are not worth 000000…
Definitely an error on the hard drive.
Yes, it is indirectly my PS4, because it actually belongs to my little big cousin. He reported that his PS4 crashed shortly after the start of a game and executed an initialization or wants to repair the hard drive when I started the PS4 but it was already set back to work settings. When I downloaded and tested some games, the PS4 is no longer crashed. When I wanted to get into the security mode, I heard weird sounds on the hard drive for the first time. I already completely disassembled the console and renewed heat-conducting paste. Since then, it doesn’t turn high at games. I’m wondering because the hard drive only sometimes makes noises and that only at the start, I’m sure I’ve already been able to load paints 500 GB on the hard drive without any problems, and when the PS4 is started it runs smoothly. However, he does not want higher costs as soon as he moves to pc, so I will only install a new original HDD for 25 € and hope that the problems will be solved.
Health status alone says “Preview”. The reading and writing speeds are also rather mau. etc. pp. etc.
Changing the plate is very advisable. Since the PS4 only processes a maximum of 3GB/s, they have to consider whether they want to create a perspective or practical hard drive with regard to the upcoming PC purchase. Good luck.
You can read about “https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Self-Monitoring,_Analysis_and_Reporting_Technology“. On the website simply scroll down n tol.
And your cousin has to ask a few questions: 1. Does the PS4 stand free or on a shelf? The fan of the PS4 sits at the front right. 2. Does it negate to Rage-Quits, which are realized by pulling off the power or internet cable? 3. Doesn’t he run the PS4 down normally? e.g. due to the change in location associated with early withdrawal of the power supply? 4. Does he often install games?
Always at the same point the noise is also hard disk errors. You did everything right. It’s normal 2.5 inch hard drives. laptop hard drives. The cost as you have already written is no longer much. I also take it slowly into consideration ps5 or PC because the ps4 Pro is only irritated, but the performance is only on average. Ps4 era goes to the end
Installing games can be relevant if it installs games that have been badly coded or/and use the APU ineffectively. Recently, I had to restart my PS4. In addition to the soot of a candle that triggered a BLOD with me, which I was able to solve by intensively cleaning MB and power supply, a PS4 game had probably led to hard disk problems beforehand. Regularly had blue codes and the PS store ran slowly. After repositioning, where I also built another, less used HDD as a main memory (the old had over 17,000 operating hours, but is actually not a value), the PS4 runs again without problems and relatively fast. Apart from charging times in games that feel a little longer, but that will be HDD-related and I like to buy that if I can take carefree.
Good advice. I think I’m gonna be PC Zocker
Yes I’ve only experienced PS2, PS3 and now PS5 times the 4s I didn’t get, but with the PS4 I find the system better than with the PS5 because you can play from the advanced memory without transferring the applications like on PS5 and PS4 there are the old-known designs that should be less the problem. But I have picked up an external SSD to play games extra to my PS5, but no you need to copy the apps only to the internal SSD if the memory is not enough you can always transfer the games. Otherwise I mainly play on PC
The hard drive reports a variety of errors, it should be exchanged
How old is the Playstation (My lasted 8 years)
Apparently 4 years according to my cousin’s statement, I don’t know how to deal with it. I asked, but it was said that they were correct, it wasn’t swung around, etc.
Go to a professional who can help you.
We already have a serious mistake.
Please exchange the HDD.
The value for an uncorrectable error must remain zero.
