need help?

Guys, I've been taking the Slinda pill for two months, and before that, I took the Qlaira pill for six months. Everything's fine, but I haven't had a single period since I started taking the pill. It says, though, that it can skip a single period. Then a week ago, I had a stomach ache and felt a bit sick, but if I eat something, it goes away. On top of that, I had spotting today, which is making me even more anxious. I've always taken my pill correctly and at the same time, and I haven't had any diarrhea or vomiting. I have a gynaecologist appointment on Monday, but I'm still very scared. Please tell me something or reassure me that I'm not pregnant. Thank you.
