Burn treatment?

Good evening,

I burned myself 6 days ago. I don't have health insurance, so I'm posting comments like, "Go to the doctor and save money." I need your help…

I have rinsed the wound with saline solution, put flamazine cream on it and treated it with wet compresses or gauze so that the wound does not stick together. Now today I have total pain when I put on a bandage and if I just put ointment on it, it's okay.

Can someone tell me how I should treat the wound further? Bandages? With ointment? I have everything at home, including Urgotül bandages for burns.

You have to go to the doctor, even if you don’t want to hear it.

Health insurance is mandatory here. Or don’t you live in Germany?

You can still go to the doctor.

Report job-seeker to the agency that pays you the insurance.

Health insurance costs less than nothing. Alternatives would be long-term damage.

Let dry, do not use ointment. She’ll come into play later when crusts form.

Covering with very soft compresses makes sense if you want to wear socks and shoes. Dissolving them when glued by wound water with plenty of water. Don’t forget disinfection.

Those who are not sick insured refuse to use state aid.

Why?

Do you sign it, please? In Germany, no one falls through the grid. Except old, formerly private insurers.

If you make it up to a pharmacy, then also to a doctor. With good luck, he immediately tells you what you can do yourself by the way.

Okay. Can’t the checkout organize home visits from a therapist?

You probably ordered the material for wound care online?

The ointment is a prescription – how did you get there without a doctor?

Because if she was open for more than 2 weeks, you should leave them first! This is about the bacteria in open ointments!

I’d let all this be considered as germ-free and healed! If it is too and does not eat, then leave “dry” even without covering

Dispense with socks and shoes as much as possible, because the smallest movement causes friction/smoothing

And if it gets only minimally worse, bigger, red — you have to go to the doctor!

Why are you not insured in D?

I wouldn’t make an ointment that is no longer “safe”!

Salve wouldn’t be bad, ABER are fresh from the pharmacy!

And please let the dz be back assured quickly! Good luck!

Ne ointment for burns can also be obtained without a prescription in the pharmacy.

Simply use the ointment, etc. over a longer period, because it does not pass from today to tomorrow. Guess it takes several weeks until everything is cured again.
