Good evening, I bought a gaming PC from Dubaro, and the graphics card listed was different from the one on my invoice. The graphics card listed on my invoice is €50 cheaper and less powerful. Does anyone know why they're doing this and if I can do something about it?

In your case, I would write the support and ask for repair – one is polite. It is quite right if the dealer installed equivalent hardware if the advertised is not present, but in your case it is a significant difference.
The 7800XT itself is not a bad graphics card and we also know to entertain, but here is the price difference in the room you should stay stubborn. Since the 4070S also receives a much more potent graphics card for a manageable extra price, I would also insist on the 4070S.
As mentioned above, the traders have the right to dismantle other hardware if necessary than was originally advertised. I wouldn’t accept the system like this, you wanted a system with NVIDIA and shouldn’t be happy with Radeon now. Do not misunderstand, I myself was NVIDIA fan for decades and have now changed to 7800XTX, but if you want a system with NVIDIA it should also be a system with NVIDIA.
Don’t let yourself be served with a credit of ~50€, so the dealer would still go out as the clear winner while he pulls you over the table.

A 7800xt would not only be weaker, but also cheaper. If that’s the way they delivered you instead of the 4070 super mere ne 7800xt, they’ll see their mistakes when you complain. Unless they have upgraded for any other components, such as double ram or double ssd.
