Bosch series 4 washing machine cannot be opened, code E 18?
Hi everyone, I have an urgent matter. I wanted to do the laundry and put a pillow in it. I forgot to put a net around it and it had a small hole in it. Now the entire load is in the washing machine and it's probably clogged because when I wanted to empty it, it beeped and it said E-18. I wanted to empty the machine but I can't get the lid open and tried to start a short program. That only worked for 5 minutes before it beeped again and the code appeared. What can I do???

You can try to start the pumping program several times. If the water is still not pumped off, then nothing else is left to open to you slowly and carefully.
Clean the filter.
Then start a program without washing when the water inlet is finished, open the door with the emergency opening. Exhaust the springs floating on the water, close the doors and open again after a few revolutions and take the springs off. Repeat these processes until no more springs float. Then turn on the pump program. Then clean the scavenging screen.
