Border controls also on all Schengen flights from September 16th?

After so much inactivity, will the German government now be consistent with controls at ALL borders and also process all flights coming from the Schengen area like external flights? This would mean that all passengers from all flights would be directed to the terminal upon arrival so that they would have to go through passport control (except for domestic flights).

If anything, it would probably be random. But I don't expect that even then. The borders won't be closed now either. That's not possible anyway. Vehicles will only be pulled out and checked randomly. Where else would the personnel come from to comprehensively control all border crossings, especially since the infrastructure for that is lacking.

No.

This personnel effort is excessive given the small number of refugees entering the Schengen area by plane. Recruiting sufficient personnel will already be difficult enough.

Your reasoning is also wrong. The federal government has already taken a lot of steps, and more people are being turned back at the border than in previous years.

The right of asylum, the Geneva Refugee Convention, the Dublin and Schengen Agreements should not be repealed, but should be enforced through examination and, if necessary, rejection at the border, because Germany's neighboring countries have not adhered to the Dublin Agreement in particular.

Apart from the small number of people who would then fly within Europe due to the already high costs, the airlines require valid proof of identity when checking in.

The refugees' documents are unlikely to include a visa for Germany….

This wasn't mentioned anywhere. However, the proportion of migrants who can afford a flight from Hungary to Germany is likely very small. Therefore, the first step is to stop the really large flows.
