Booking code/ticket number?!

Hey, I recently booked a flight for myself and a friend (actually two flights) at the travel agency! (I fly with Lufthansa) to reserve the seats I was supposed to enter my ticket number or booking code on the Internet! But it only says something about a FILEKEY. (What is that?) But now I have two problems!

1. I don't know where to find the ticket numbers or the booking code!

2. If I find the booking code, can I only use it once? I have to make a reservation for me and my girlfriend, how should I do that????

Thank you 🙂

Hi.
the FILEKEY is your booking number. This is a combination of 6 numbers and letters.
From 23 hours before departure you can check in online.

Good flight

The booking code refers to the booking and therefore both flights, your and your girlfriend…
But the travel agency should number you the code or ticket (which are 2 different, as 2 tickets) can give. Actually, the booking code should also be found on the booking confirmation.
Greetings!

Call the travel agency. Otherwise, the identification would also go via the ticket number (220-xxxxxx) and first and last name. Check in only on the day before the flight starts at 0h

Ask the travel agency. They’ll know.

Most travel agencies have a phone.
