Bofrost scam?

Hello, I'm Ludwig and I just wanted to ask if anyone has experienced it that a man or a woman rings your doorbell and gives you a catalog and they want all your data, like phone number, house number, name, cash on delivery, signature, etc. I'm an idiot and didn't think anything of it and gave him everything. Afterwards, when he left, my sister said it was a scam and that he now has all your data and is going to hack you or something. In any case, I'm scared now and don't know what to do.
