Board the bus at the back?
So, I take the bus to work every morning, and there are always a lot of students on the bus. They always get on the back. I don't think they all have tickets, and I wanted to know if that's fare dodging, since the driver opens the back door himself. And the bus is always overcrowded. And one more question: Are there any checks in the morning?
With me, it’s like I was checked once in almost 10 years. (I also live in a very rural area.)
Black driving is not dependent on getting caught.
Once you get the bus, you have to have a valid ticket. It’s not justification, either, if it’s never controlled.
For students it is so that they usually have the ticket, as they get it in many regions, the control is therefore not worth it.
Come on. I’ve been more often. Best always have a ticket.
I have a duration ticket myself. So it’s not allowed?
Well. I’ll get back more often. It doesn’t matter. But there are also bus drivers who don’t want to.
Yes!
So what? On the train, all doors are opened and you can only board with valid ticket …
So? Does that mean something?
Occasionally (“sample-like”) yes!
PS: Most pupils who drive to school by bus have a school year card …
With us it’s like we open the rear doors. You can also punch there, but as the buses are full anyway, they are not controlled. With us the students pay €20 for the bus ticket for a whole school year and then drive free.
What paradise do you live in?
Italy
Checks occur – pupils usually have a monthly pass
In the morning, the buses are so crowded, but I don’t think the students are sitting there because they drive black, but because it’s called “cool” to sit back. Of course, they can’t have a monthly card or something…
Wow also a bus question:D
so black driving is always without a ticket. I had controlled in the evening and in the morning. but after my experience more night
Yes that’s black driving but they don’t have to whip the kids, they think they’ve got me all eierflatters while driving black and they’re probably just going some station and someday they’re getting caught
Students usually have a cheap student ticket paid by parents.
Let the children do what they want, what itches you is not your life or 🤷🏽
What they are planning is not a cashier’s offence and is under a fine of usually 60€. In addition, they can count on a display from the bus company. I would strongly advise them. Students usually have an annual ticket from school.
I don’t think that’s the case with them as they come in and pay when it’s in the middle of the day. But I’m watching this again have nothing to do in the bus anyway
That’s not moneypunishment– Otherwise, anyone who had to pay would be punished – and a fine can only be imposed by a court.
This is a “increased transport fee” – so to speak the fare plus a processing fee
