BMW F22 220d replacement engine?

Good day everybody

I'm thinking about getting a F22 220d from the model year 2016

The car has 160,000 km on the clock but had a replacement engine and a new clutch 50,000 km ago (current mileage 60,000 km)

The car is in 2 hands I would be the third

Now to the question

Would you recommend this car to me? I'm a bit skeptical about the replacement engine, even though there's a receipt that the engine was replaced by a BMW workshop.
