Bmw e63 650i?

Let’s get out of here.

The DME must be adapted, the injection nozzles must be adapted, if necessary all the high-pressure hoses must be exchanged, etc.

neija, if you want to put so much money in that old box. There were other corners that would be more useful, but everyone must decide for themselves

Then take a search engine to your hand and look at or ask what they can do for yours

Yes Motortuning, I also gave you a link, but you can adjust to 10,000€ and more

And then what…? So the 305 Vmax of them are just 8 more than my car with ~340PS (according to role test stand) created and unfit for practice

then, however, a complete engine revision has to be carried out, whether the machine still maintains the load.

That doesn’t mean anything

You can teach me a better one, but:

The injectors operate with a defined pressure, which changes the injection quantity.

Means the injectors are designed for X bar and the pump must be so strong to supply enough fuel for maximum injection. This always at X bar pressure.

a stronger pump would only bring something if the engine can consume more fuel

Personally, I wouldn’t walk around on a motor of this price class without plan.

In any case, these engines are already quite exhausted at work – simple replacement of individual components certainly does not lead to much more power.

If you are looking for extra money: A field optimization is certainly possible – and I would also have this done exclusively by the expert.

Sooo easy isn’t. The fuel quantity must be adjusted to the air quantity.

You don’t have to do that much for a little more performance. screwing a little on the software, then there’s something going on around.

You should only observe two or three things:

  1. you lose any guarantee
  2. If the changes, including deteriorating the exhaust gases, must also be entered
  3. the chances are not so low that you heat the engine. In particular, if you need the entire performance in the long term.

Reputed companies such as engine rooms have, for example, although the Expertiese duchaus would be there, not for nothing a simple chip tuning in the portfolio.

What is a high-pressure pump? The engine now also gets the maximum amount of fuel he can burn.

If it were so simple, the BMW would have built it like that.
