BMW 3 Series Coupe E36 with M package as first car?
Would it be suitable as a first car? Since these cars have relatively high horsepower, I'm a bit concerned…What do you think?

Hi, I take the bus every day, and today the bus driver was driving very fast. He didn't even pay attention to any cars coming, and it was on a winding country road. I felt a little sick myself. But now I don't know if I should go to the bus stop. What do you…
I weigh about 90 kilos. Can I take a passenger who weighs 70-80 kilos on the Yamaha MT 125 (2017)? Thanks in advance
Year of manufacture between 92-99. I would like to get an older one. Do you have any experience with this car? what are the problems with these cars? What do I have to pay attention to?
Hello friends, My Opel Corsa looks like this (picture 1), and I'd like to have the gray parts in the middle, from the radio onward and above and below, in piano black, as shown in picture 2, as well as the gray covers on the multifunction steering wheel. I can't find any instructions online about…
Hello, I have a KTM SX 150, built in 2012, but I would like to put a light mask from an EXC on it. The light doesn't have to work, I just want it because of the look. Does that work or not?
The exhaust on my car, which I sold three days ago, isn't registered, or rather, doesn't have an E-number. However, I still claimed (because I was pretty sure) that the exhaust was registered. There was nothing about it in the vehicle registration document, so I said I'd check again at home to see if I…
Aren’t they very expensive? Would look more like e46. There are also 3s with little PS.
Even if the entertainment costs are significantly lower than the regular table wants to see it: such a car is not recommended, because as already written it is very well conceivable that it has already enjoyed half of the football team of young beginners and is accordingly lagged.
An E36 Coupé is only a car with meaning and perspective, if it is original and is not entangled by the older owner, all customer services have been done and there is no grate problem. Something like that isn’t even expensive yet, but it’s hard to get.
In addition, the “M-Packet” (sic!) is usually a questionable collection of cheap ATU or Ebay parts, which are qualitatively inferior and perhaps not admitted (without ABE). No, you can save yourself.
Basically, 85 percent of all BMW E36 still existing and for sale should be a classic used car of the brand “Finger weg” or ruins that are better suited to slaughter for craftsmen or export than to drive around here.
If you want a BMW, a 316i compact could be offered. It is often very well maintained and with 100 hp everything within the frame. Besides, not so expensive because many do not want it… you can also say if E36, then Compakt; look for a “Comfort Edition” with nice extras.
Because of the performance, I’d be less worried about the costs.
The fixed maintenance is fucking expensive. The solid rest (repairs) does nothing.
Grade as 320i upwards the boxes with M-package and in good condition are expensive. There are already E90 without M-package and much more modern.
Surprisingly, precisely this vehicle is often an astonishment.
Looks cool, has power, is BMW and and and… AND was taken to 99% before by a beginner or at least once by a “young game” 😉
Very clear not recommended!
The BWMs are in maintenance, especially for starters usually very expensive. It’s insurance. Such cars with young people simply build a lot more often accidents.
Anyone who has a driving licence should also be able to make even reasonable decisions
So mediocre.
