The last wish of my grandma was to become a bloodworst. That’s how it tasted, but well, it wasn’t so fresh.

I don’t eat pork anymore – but for these things I make exceptions: blood sausage, liver sausage, onion sausage and press head (and of course red sausage when I’m in the Vogelsberg – the old home)
