Blutungen während Pille?
Hallo 🙂
Ich nehme seit ca. 2 Jahren die Pille, ich habe eine ca, 1 Jahr und ein paar Monate genommen, allerdings hatte ich dann mit meiner Stimmung zu kämpfen und habe sie gewechselt vor einem halben Jahr. (Ich nehme sie im Langzeitzyklus, 3 Monate nehmen und dann 4 Tage Pause, die Pille heißt Zoely.) Ich hatte auch keine Anwendefehler, habe sie nie vergessen und immer um 20:00 Uhr genommen, Durchfall/Erbrechen war nicht der Fall.
In meiner letzten „Periode“ kam aber keine Blutung. Erst 3 Tage nachdem ich das nächste Blister angefangen habe, also nach der Pause schon, kam ein kleines bisschen für ca. 2 Tage, und jetzt, nach 2 Wochen habe ich schon wieder eine leichte Blutung.
Ich habe auch einen Schwangerschaftstest gemacht, als keine Blutung kam, welcher negativ war und in der Packungsbeilage stand, dass bei einer von 10 Frauen eben keine „Abbruchblutung“ auftritt, eben als Nebenwirkung.
Ist einfach mein Hormonhaushalt durch die Pause durcheinander? Ich möchte nicht direkt zum Frauenarzt gehen, da er ziemlich weit weg ist und ich nicht mobil bin. In meiner Nähe werden keine Patienten mehr aufgenommen… 🙁

With your Zoely you will find under the hint “If you want to delay your period” that light or a period of similar bleeding can occur.
Under the influence of the pill hormones, among other things, the cervical mucosa is not as strong as the desired principle of action.
Therefore it is normal that the abortion bleeding is usually weaker and less painful than a menstrual bleeding and the strength of the bleeding can be different, i.e. a month a bit stronger, a month a bit weaker.
Even the day when the bleeding starts after the start of the pill break can be somewhat different (usually on the 2nd or 3rd day of the tablet break).
Even without a pregnancy, it can come to the complete absence of the bleeding in the days of the cessation.

That’s normal. But if you’re unsure, go to the FA for too much than once too little and your FA will explain everything to you. You don’t have to worry about that routine.
