Bluten bei und nach sex?
Ich hatte gestern Sex mit meinem Freund. Ein Tag davor hat er mich gefingert wodurch er mich mit seinem Nagel leicht in meiner vagina geschnitten hat als ich auf Toilette war kam ganz wenig Blut raus aber das ging dann auch weg. Dann gestern beim sex kam plötzlich richtig viel Blut raus so viel als hätte ich meine Periode, und auch als ich dann auf Toilette war immer noch. Jetz ist ein Tag vergangen und es blutet immer noch was kann das sein? Ich vermute da drin ist etwas verletz oder was aufgerissen und durch die zusätzliche Reibung kam halt das Blut

So if this bleeds so much “as in the period” then you might have gotten them and the bleeding coincides with the injury caused by the nail. 🤷
The bleeding can be awkward. But there are also intermediate bleedings in the middle of the cycle.
I would scan my vagina and feel the injury. Is the big enough to give a lot of blood in the SO???
How does the whole abdomen and body feel? Does the uterus feel like the monthly bleeding???
Hear into your body and listen to your common sense and then make the decision whether you go to the doctor or wait!

And fingernails are controlled by rubbing over the line between the lower lip and the skin, so the lower edge of the lower lip wobby the lip bit by pulling it in the mouth. Because there you are the most sensitive and you are the most obvious if the nail edges are hurled enough.
Seems to be an injury. Let it heal or go to the doctor if it doesn’t stop.
Tell your friend if he wants to do this again, he’s supposed to shorten the nails and run and be a bit more careful.
Therefore always cut fingernails before. If you’re insecure, go to a female doctor.
