Blurred vision after stopping eye drops?

Hello 🙂

I recently had internal bleeding in my eye. It was treated by a doctor, and I was given eye drops that I was supposed to reduce by one drop every three days. Yesterday was the last day I had to take them. Today, my vision is blurry in one eye. Is this because I stopped taking the eye drops, or could there be other reasons? My next appointment with an ophthalmologist for a check-up isn't until August.
