Frozen cauliflower rice?
I would be interested to know whether frozen cauliflower rice is also suitable for use with cauliflower rice.

I recently bought chicken drumsticks that only have a shelf life of today. I processed them yesterday and baked them in the oven. I covered the leftovers that I didn't eat and put them in the fridge after they cooled down. Can I reheat and eat them today? They smell perfectly normal. Greetings

cauliflower rice sounds interesting
Unfortunately, it is not interesting at all, only very finely planed cauliflower as a low carb travel substitute. Stupidly tastes extremely and the consistency is not in the least to compare with rice.
