Bluetooth headphones making noise in Discord?

I've connected my Bose Bluetooth headphones to my PC via a Bluetooth adapter. When I'm not in Discord, the sound is normal. Now, when I go into Discord, it suddenly starts to make noise, and other sounds like those from games, YouTube, etc. also have a muffled sound. Does anyone have a solution to this problem?
