Bluetooth broken?

Hello,

I'm trying to connect my Xbox controller to my PC, but it's not working. In Device Manager, there's a small yellow warning sign in front of the Intel(R) Wireless Bluetooth(R) driver.

I tried installing the Intel(R) Wireless Bluetooth(R) driver, which worked and the warning sign disappeared, but now it is in front of the Realtek Bluetooth adapter driver.

I've been trying to install the new drivers for both of these things for a while now, but it keeps repeating itself over and over again.

Hello, My keyboard came with caps for wasd and qferwd. I know several manufacturers do this, but I've never had anything like this before. The caps are a different shade of gray and, unlike the standard keys, have nubs. What are these caps for and should you actually replace them? Thank you very much

Have you restarted the box yet?

Try the driver a few more times, otherwise download the drivers manually

Yes, I've tried everything, installing manually and also tried Driver Easy, nothing worked.
