Bluetooth adapter and mobile phone charging via the cigarette lighter in the car?
Good day,
I bought a USB adapter for the cigarette lighter and a Bluetooth adapter from Amazon, since my car only has an AUX port. The following products are in question:

https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B08F74CFM7/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Now I have the following problem: When I connect the Bluetooth adapter and listen to music, everything works perfectly.
However, when I connect my phone to charge it, the Bluetooth adapter keeps restarting. This happens about every 20 seconds. My guess is that it might be due to voltage fluctuations caused by the phone(?).
Is the USB adapter or the Bluetooth adapter simply too inferior, or is there no way to plug both into a cigarette lighter? Does anyone have any ideas what I could do?
I think the following Bluetooth adapter might be more stable, since its description states: "Isolation module in the USB connector and high-performance copper wire prevent electromagnetic interference"?

I really don't know anything about this stuff, so I'm hoping to find someone here who has more knowledge or experience. If you're missing any information, just write, and I'll answer.
Thank you in advance for your help!
Try to swap the sockets. Sometimes it makes a difference.
The other one from the link you can try, with amazon is not a problem to send back than “quality and performance insufficient”. If I would order another cigarette adapter, maybe even without QC if it doesn’t need it. Why? It could be that the switching power supply from the adapter interferes with the radio. In addition, the data from the QC may be on both sockets and thus come into the Bluetooth.
Don’t give too much faith to the advertising. If there should be ferrite in the power connection, there are no plugs.
You could also take a Bluetooth receiver with built-in battery. Then you don’t have the problem with power supply. Probably you won’t need a Bluetooth 5. If you don’t take that for 3.99 – they sound terrible.
One more option: usb headphone adapter with charging connection.
In the end, you can only taste:/
