Blue order is rejected, what to do?

I recently ordered from mobile provider Blau. I immediately received an email saying the order hadn't been accepted. The computer made that decision. What's the problem?

This can have many causes. Maybe there is a problem with credit , but perhaps there are other findings. You can request a reason for rejection.
