Blood on the edge of the glans/reddened area?

Hey, I've noticed that I'm bleeding a little under the glans, or rather, there's a "crumple zone" there and a reddened area. Have you ever experienced this? What helps? I wash myself there often, shower, etc.

Can it possibly be that your precute is too short or torn in
