Block/restrict certain content on my fyp?

Hi everyone and thanks in advance:

So, I have a very, very severe phobia of snakes, and yet I constantly get videos about it on my for you page. Every time I do, I get a very severe panic attack and usually start crying. I can't control it. My father is a psychotherapist and advised me to confront it, which I find very difficult. I want to distance myself from it as much as possible for now.

Does anyone know a way to stop this from happening to me?
