I was riding my motorcycle with a colleague today. We passed a speed camera. At first, we didn't notice anything. On the way back, I told my colleague that there was a speed camera there. The camera was positioned to flash cars entering town. But we drove out.
My question is: Can the speed camera also flash cars that are leaving the road, or only those that are entering?
