It’s probably an old wire relay. .The Blinkrerais is designed for the current of both pears – front and rear. When a consumer (lamp) fails, more power goes over the relay. So it gets hot faster and triggers faster. Is the case with many old and simple vehicles

Check if the rear pear is broken or the cable is no longer connected.

Either the pears are defective at the back, the cables are not laid clean or the blinkers have no ground contact. The flasher relay therefore switches twice as fast.

As was written here, check the cables and pears. Everybody.
The blinker relay seems to be a common thermal relay, bi-metal.
not only examine the rear lights and cabling,
also the front. The whole flashery.

then I would see if all (2) cables are connected at the back or the light bulbs may be broken!

Then the rear blinkers are broken, so either control pears and/or cables

If they don’t flash at the back, either a cable is loose, or both of them are broken.

in the car I had that even if it flashes too fast, then a lamp is defective at the front or at the back

Flashers are flashers, aren’t they? At my Mercedes, I just exchanged the flashlights when they flashed too fast
