Cursor and mouse arrow are two different ads. The cursor is always where the next keyboard input is expected, while the mouse arrow can be moved freely across the entire screen. Both the cursor and the mouse arrow can be adapted in shape, size and color, but not disable.

The cursor can be hidden when the mouse clicks into an area where no keyboard entry is possible (outside a screen window). If the cursor is to become visible again, the mouse must click on an input area for keyboard inputs.

If the cursor is absolutely unable to hide in various tools, this is due to the programming of the tool. The programmer was of the opinion that he should keep his cursor visible.
