Blinddarmop Halbnarkose?
Hey,
auch wenn ich (M/14) nur ein Hypochonder bin, wird es evtl irgendwann in meinem Leben vorkommen, dass ich eine Blinddarmentzündung entwickeln werde und dass dieser operativ entfernt werden muss.
Da wollte ich mal fragen, ob man sowas auch unter Halbnarkose machen könnte? Ich habe große Angst vor Operationen. (Hatte bisher nur eine als Baby, daran erinnere ich mich nicht. Aber hatte 2 Magenspiegelung in den letzten 5 Jahren, da würde ich nur sediert und beim ersten Mal hatte ich eine Panik Attacke weil das unnormal war und bin ein gepennt, beim zweiten Mal ging die Atmung plötzlich schwer und bin weg gekracht) Und wollte mal nachfragen, wie sowas dann ablaufen würde.

Wie lange dauert es bis man aufwacht?
Was ist wenn man nicht aufwacht?
(Naja habe gerade rechte unterbauch schmerzen und Durchfall 😭)

Partial anaesthesia = spinal anaesthesia? So the lower half of the body is stunned and awake? Yes, in principle, it is. You would have to remove the appendix openly surgically. But this doesn’t make anyone today. In most cases, the endoscopic surgical technique is used, in which a general anesthesia is purely technically unavoidable (in this surgical technique of the so-called “keyhole surgery” the abdominal space is inflated with CO2 and in the cavity thus formed it is possible to operate with a few small cuts and instruments (usually a camera and one or two instruments via working channels) with very little “flur damage”. This proven method is standard. However, the abdomen filled with CO2 creates a pressure on the lungs so that you can no longer breathe yourself. Therefore, this is only possible with artificial respiration in general anaesthesia.
The fact that you get an intestinal inflammation is very unlikely and all related thoughts are completely meaningless. You can break your head if it really got so far. Work therapeutically on your hypochondria and consider whether you want to sprinkle such thoughts here on the platform. This is counterproductive.
