I ordered a SIM card from Blau.de a few days ago. It arrived today, and I activated it over the phone with a representative. Strangely, I still don't have a network connection, or rather, the SIM card doesn't work at all. Should I contact a representative, or is this normal? I've also heard that you sometimes have to wait a bit longer for the SIM card to become active.
