Blasenentzündüng oder STI?
Ich mache mir ein wenig Gedanken, da ich vor einigen Wochen angeblich eine Blasenentzündung hatte, aber ein entscheidendes Symptom fehlte.
Beim Toilettengang hat es am Ende immer gebrannt, ich hatte Fieber, manchmal leichte Schmerzen in der Seite, Schwächegefühl. Aber ich musste NICHT häufiger auf Toilette. Ich hatte keinen häufigeren Harndrang. Kann es trotzdem ein Harnwegsinfekt sein?
Der Arzt hat nur einen Urintest gemacht, festgestellt, dass weiße Blutkörperchen vermehrt sind, und Antibiotika gegen eine Blasenentzündung verschrieben. Ist dann auch nach 3 Tagen Einnahme alles besser geworden.
ABER: Ich habe Angst, dass es jetzt vielleicht doch keine Blasenentzündung war, so etwas wird ja oft fehldiagnostiziert und es ist kurz nachdem ich mit meinem Partner zusammenwar passiert.
Wenn es etwas anderes gewesen wäre, hätte die 3 Tage 400mg Antibiotika andere Infektionen auch behandelt?

If it sounds like a beginning bladder infection, it often happens in women after (unprotected) sexual intercourse. If the symptoms are gone by antibiotics, it seems to work.
There are many different antibiotics, which is why you can’t start much with the milligram number.
If you have problems after taking, go back to the doctor if necessary to the specialist Urologe/Gyn.
Thanks for the answer! So it’s not always a symptom of bladder infection that you have to go to the toilet more often? I’m really panicking again – my antibiotic was Pivmelam. Would this also act theoretically against sexually transmitted infections? Let us not assume that the good has lied to us 🙂
Usually you have no symptoms in sexually transmitted diseases so quickly. This is more typical of a urinary path infection or bladder inflammation. You don’t always have to have all the symptoms in bladder inflammation. I have often experienced that some people only have burning without the excessive hurdle, but also otherwise. Don’t worry.
Sounds like bladder inflammation and/or renal pelvic inflammation.
So the lack of frequent urinary rank is not an exclusion criterion that it was a simple bladder extraction?
Right. I have already misinterpreted this in my life twice and instead had thick kidney pelvic inflammation.
