Blasenentzündung mit Blut, Fieber und Nierenschmerzen – bis morgen früh warten oder rtw rufen?
Guten abend oder besser gesagt gute nacht miteinander,
Seit heute mittag, ca 11/12 Uhr habe ich, weiblich, 21, des öfteren harndrang und hatte auch ziemlich blutigen urin und leichte schmerzen im rücken bzw an den nieren.
Das ganze hatte sich dann erst verbessert, danach war einige stunden kein blut mehr zu sehen und auch der harndrang schraubte sich runter.
Jetzt seit ca 1. Stunde habe ich aber wieder leicht blut im urin, kopfweh, 38 fieber und leichte nierenschmerzen.
Reicht es wenn ich morgen zum Arzt gehe oder liebe den rtw rufen? ich hab das in dem ausmaß noch nie gehabt, meine mom ist der meinung es reicht morgen zum arzt zu gehen, was sagt ihr?

that should be enough if you go to the doctor tomorrow. But if you’re getting worse and you’re in severe pain, I’d still get into the emergency room if you can drive or drive yourself. Otherwise, if there’s nothing left, ambulance. But there is no danger of life right now, so I wouldn’t call it.

Why does everybody think about the RTW at any problem now?? The RTW is not a driving physician and also no taxi!!! This is for absolute emergencies if no other transport possibility is possible anymore due to the medical situation!!! With a bladder infection, you’ll probably find another way to get to the hospital if you think you can’t wait anymore. Take a ride, Öffis, taxi…
116 117 is the emergency medical service.
They’ve got doctors to go to JETZT. On the other hand, the relatively good estimates of how dramatic the whole is.
If there is a need to go to the hospital now that will say that.
After your description, I think it’s enough if you go to the doctor tomorrow. You’re still fit enough to write here. A RTW is usually for real emergencies when there is a risk of life.
