Flatulence: what is normal for it?

Today I ate jam with peanut butter and toast, and I had beef soup all day for breakfast, and then in the evening with some noodles and nuts. Is that normal? I have bloating without having eaten or drunk any dairy products?

Blowing can have many causes. With you, I would guess that food is too fast through the digestive tract and instead has been decomposed in deeper intestinal sections by gas-forming bacteria. There could be fiber or protein help slow the digestion. Dairy products only make problems with lactose intolerance. There are all possible intolerances. Uninhabited a lot of ballasts can also cause this, but you haven’t eaten especially high in fiber.

Very common is the reason that one has eaten something uninhabited and simply not the intestinal microbiome that can digest it. It helps start with small quantities. If you want to integrate more fiber into your diet, I would do that in small steps.

If this does not occur frequently in recurring or in certain foods, it does not have a disease value at all and is normal

The diet is unhealthy there are vitamins but there is no direct cause for bloating.

Milk is only a problem in compounds with lactose indigestion.

A gluten intolerance (toast) would be conceivable, but I also think that is a little probable, because you probably already know that.

Add more fruit and vegetables in a ratio of 40: 60.

This also gives you the necessary ballasts that are lacking in your diet and are very beneficial in bloating.

Sweets and fats can cause bloating.

Larger amounts of fat or also carbohydrates, such as sweetness, also cause food to stay in the stomach for longer. Gases can thereby form.

Blowing, diarrhea and abdominal pain can be caused by a disturbed recovery of sugars. These so-called carbohydrate-malabsorption syndromes include, for example, lactose intolerance.

Eat some healthier, vegetables, salad, meat.

If you have bloating, you can buy Lefax from the pharmacy, put a warm bottle on your stomach.

Good for you.
