Pups are available on the following day.
To prevent a lot of pupse in the future, it helps if you eat legumes every day. You have to start with a small amount and slowly increase them. After 5-6 weeks, the intestinal biom has adapted to it and helps in digesting the blowing substances. I used to get a lot of gas after 60g of legumes (dry weight). Today I eat 100g almost daily and hardly have to pupsen. A little cabbage makes me a lot more intestinal gases. It seems there is no adjustment. But if you eat beans (or other legumes) for 5 weeks each day, the pupumice becomes less and less.

Pupsen what this stuff holds. Sports make move. Don’t keep in it. Anis, fennel, mutilated tea.
