My Gmx password doesn't work anymore, it always says that the password is wrong, but that isn't true.
The problem is that I've had this email since 2003. The email address (or alternative email address) I have on file for my parents is no longer valid, and the cell phone number is also no longer valid. That's where you can reset the password.
Is there any way to get to the headquarters to confirm your identity? Or are there other options? Please help.
Because there are a lot of addresses on it.

Yes, report to the hotline. Finally, some data about you are stored in your account. If, for example, because of moving around, the correct data are no longer available (What does that act as proof, I do not know).
You can call and ask the support what’s going on.
You know the number, I’m afraid you can’t find it.
