The question doesn't really arise, because ANY PC is unsuitable for Bitcoin mining. Bitcoin mining is only profitable with ASICs.

And if you try it anyway, mining requires 100% of your hardware, which is why everything else will hardly work.

Or what do I need to do this?

An ASIC miner, a standalone device designed solely for Bitcoin mining.

Ultimately, that doesn't change anything. You have to provide proof of work to mine coins. If that's easy, then the coins are worthless because you'd rather mine than spend money on them. Therefore, it's more effective to invest the money directly in BTC. You can have Nicehash calculate your profitability. And currently, it always comes out as unprofitable when you take electricity costs into account.
Sure, you could reduce the mining performance, but then you'd get less out of it.
