Angenommen, ich würde mit dem Auto fahren und es wäre Stau. Ich fahre über Zug Gleise, stecke dann aber auf Grund eines Staus fest und dann würde ein Zug kommen. Was kann man dann am besten in der Situation tun? Einfach aussteigen und wegrennen?

The StVO clearly regulates this. Crossings, mouths and also crossings of railways may only be operated if the traffic situation permits them.
