Yes, I am sad to think that Abraham Lincoln is no longer alive because he was a unique force of progress and morality in a time of enormous challenges. His ability to enter unity, freedom and justice despite unimaginable adversities is admirable and timeless. Lincoln was not only a president, but a symbol of hope and change. He embodied the idea that a nation founded on freedom and equality can survive and thrive despite internal conflicts.

His loss through an assassination was tragic, not only because of his leadership qualities, but also because he was a symbol of reconciliation. After the civil war, he wanted to bring the USA back together without hatred or retaliation, but with compassion and humanity. It is depressing to know that his vision of a united and more just nation could not be fully realized under his leadership.

But today we remember Lincoln as inspiration. His speeches, such as the Gettysburg Address, and his deeds, such as the proclamation of emancipation, have encouraged generations to fight for freedom and equality. It is sad that such personalities cannot live forever, because the world could always benefit from its wisdom and courage.

If he were alive, that would be more than strange. It wouldn’t have been possible biologically to keep him alive. I am not sad that a biological innocence has not arrived, that is something you expect.

Very significant that you need Chat GPT. Tax cuts for companies including Mega Corps from which Trump himself profits. Since 2010, the unemployment rate has already fallen extremely. From 10% to 4%. Under Trump, she fell to 3.67%. At the end of his term, it was again 8%. Especially because of Corona, he couldn’t do anything. For the profit of loosening environmental requirements is not sustainable in the long term, which is especially good for Mega Corps. In the Middle East he moved a little bit, but it had no lasting existence. As you can see since the Hamas attack. The trade war with China has failed, even Chat GPT speaks of “try”. North Korea has already indicated an approach among other governments and so far this has only been done to ease the sanctions in the short term. Finally, it was called “Rocket Man” an approach looks different. Adjusting own judges is hardly a positive one. The First Step Act was elaborated on both sides, Trump just agreed. More military spending is nothing positive. Better veteran supply is a small plus. Fracking is again thought to be very short-term and should only enrich the energy groups. Announce the climate agreement is the same, short profit and sustainable damage. More nationalism probably hardly needed the USA. Don’t be ridiculous with “The Kamala Fans” which is also a disaster, but at least no Trump.

I asked ChatGPT about it, because I don’t know what I’m going to say now, anyway all the Harris fans arrive. So here are facts that have also been reviewed by ChatGPT.

Economic growth and tax reform

  • Tax Reform (Tax Cuts and Jobs Act 2017): Trump’s government carried out a significant tax reform that reduced corporate tax rates from 35% to 21%. The reform should create incentives for investment and business growth. Some argue that these measures promote economic growth and job creation, especially before the pandemic.
  • Labour market: Under Trump, the unemployment rate reached a historic low in 2019, especially in African-American, Hispanic and Asian Americans. The number of jobs also increased in its first term, which is considered an indicator of strong economic growth.
  • Deregulation: Trump enforced a policy of deregulation and attempted to reduce bureaucracy, especially in the environment, which was seen by some as a positive measure for companies that were thus freed from bureaucratic obstacles.

Two.Foreign policy and security

  • Middle East: Trump supported the normalization of relations between Israel and several Arab states, in particular through the “Abraham Accords” (United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Sudan and Morocco). This contributed to stabilisation and cooperation in the Middle East.
  • China and trade: Trump was known for his hard attitude towards China, leading to a trade war. He imposed tariffs and demanded fair trading conditions to protect the US economy and recover jobs. The Phase 1 trading agreement with China was an attempt to reduce trade imbalances.
  • North Korea: Trump tried to defuse the conflict with North Korea and met three times with Kim Jong-un. This was a historical diplomatic attempt to resolve the nuclear conflict, although the long-term results remained mixed.

3.Legislation and justice

  • Judges: Trump held three conservative judges at the Supreme Court during his term of office: Neil Gorsuch, Brett Kavanaugh and Amy Coney Barrett. This marked the long-term orientation of the US judiciary in a conservative direction and could have implications for legislation in areas such as abortion and arms control.
  • Law on Criminal Law Reform (First Step Act): Trump signed the First Step Act in 2018, a reform of the criminal justice system aimed at reducing the imprisonment for certain crimes and improving the rehabilitation opportunities for prisoners. This measure was welcomed by both liberals and conservatives.

4.Military Strength and Veterans

  • Increase in defence budget: Trump increased the defence budget and attempted to secure the US military strength to face the threat of Russia, China and other countries. The US forces were modernised and there were investments in new technologies.
  • Veteran supply: Trump also advocated a better supply of veterans, including the creation of the ‘VA MISSION Act’, which should improve access to health services for veterans.

Five.Energy policy

  • Energy independence: Trump promoted the U.S. energy industry, in particular by supporting oil and gas production (e.g. fracking). Under his government, the USA became the world’s largest oil producer in 2018 and 2019 and achieved a relative energy independence. This policy has been considered economically advantageous by many.
  • Out of the Paris Climate Agreement: While the decision to leave the Paris climate agreement was controversial, it was considered necessary by supporters to protect the US economy from the burden of global climate protection.

6.Increasing nationalism and patriotism

  • Trump put on a policy of “America First” that reflected both foreign policy and domestic policy. It stressed national interests, such as the creation of jobs in the USA and the promotion of the industrial sector. This contributed to an increased feeling of American nationalism, even though this attitude was strongly polarized within the country.

I hope that’s enough for you.

What did he do for the United States? I am no one who sits down and weathers against Trump and especially I am not a fan of blind hatred, but Trump is objectively simply unbelievable.

Ehrenmann29

Yeah, but everyone can have his opinion. I don’t like Trump, yet I think he did good for the USA. You don’t have to see everything with rejection and hatred, but also try to find the positive.
