Bisoprolol not tolerated?
Hello, I was prescribed bisoprolol (a beta-blocker). I started with 5mg, which I couldn't tolerate at all and always felt very dizzy. I reduced it to 2.5mg, and I can't tolerate it either. I take it because of my palpitations and blood pressure. Can anyone help me, perhaps offer a better alternative?
Thanks .
Then you’ll have to stop, all right, in consultation with the doctor. I didn’t get you either. I am now well adjusted with 2.5 mg Nebivolol and 150 mg Irbersartan. They’re so compatible. Of course, such medicines initially have side effects that sometimes disappear with time.
because of what do you have to take it?
Because of blood pressure.
There are alternatives, but you should discuss them with your doctor, because only he knows your exact disease picture incl. EKG and blood values.
You talk to your doctor.
There are other betablockers, but I’m sure I’m not going to make a recommendation because this is a question for your doctor.
Why don’t you do it?
