Apparently a bird defecated in my flower box. But what kind of giant creature was that? I've never seen anything like it before.

Hello everyone, my father bought some chickens 5-6 days ago and about 10-30 minutes ago one disappeared because his girlfriend had forgotten to close the door and there are no signs of a fight, so it must have run away. Is it possible that it will come back?
