BIOS for ROG Crosshair X670E HERO and Ryzen 7 7800X3D?

Hello. Another very, very important question, folks.

As I said, I have the ROG Crosshair X670E Hero board and Ryzen 7 7800x3D CPU and the question is, should I update the BIOS to 2204 or not? Because for a short time I installed version 2204 and the PC was just causing problems. It always started in the BIOS and I always had to press F1 and then exit without any changes and sometimes even had to do this several times and there were other problems. So then I installed version 2124 and it's a bit better but not better. There are still problems with games. Games where there were absolutely no problems before. Sometimes the PC doesn't turn off, only the monitor goes off and everything else lights up and works and so on. To be honest, before I did the BIOS update everything was running really well and smoothly but then 2-3 weeks ago I did this damn BIOS update and I've had problems ever since.

So at ASUS it says in BIOS 2204: for better stability with amd ryzen 9000 series processors but I have the 7000 series, the ryzen 7 7800X3D, should I still update the BIOS version to 2204 and if there are still problems then just look for what the problem could be or should I just keep the BIOS version 2124?
