Heyy Leute kann mir jemand erklären was der Osmose Prozess ist und Diffusion und woran kenn man an Hand eines Beispiel feststellen ob es Osmose ist oder Diffusion ?

Eigentlich sind das ja nur pürrierte Tomaten oder ? Also wenn ich das noch mit Gewürzen und Nudeln vermenge hab ich automatisch auch mein Gemüse dabei. Halt nur in Soßen Form. Nudeln mit Tomaten Soße. 🤔 Sry für die dumm klingende Frage.
