Biology crash course?

Can someone briefly explain to me how glucose, starch, carbohydrates, fats, proteins, and amino acids are all connected?

I don't need long chemical explanations, I just want to understand the differences and connections and hope that one of you can explain it better than the internet without confusing me 🙂

thanks in advance!

There are five nutrients:

  • Protein/protein
  • Carbohydrate
  • Fats
  • Ballasts
  • Alcohol

Protein and protein are the same. That’s just another name.

Strength and glucose are carbohydrates. They are somewhat different, but both are carbohydrates. Carbohydrates are the parent name.

Amino acids are the building blocks of proteins. Proteins consist of amino acids.
