bindung aufbauen zur einer schildkröte?
Ich wollte schon seit langem eine Moschussschilkröte mir anlegen und plane momentan deswegen viel. Ich lese deshalb auch viel von diese art um mich vorzubereiten. Ich habe gelesen das sie viel beißen wenn man sie in die Hand nimmt oder streicheln möchte und das sie generel abweichend sind. Stimmt das? Und wenn ja könnte ich trotzdem eine Bindung zu dem Tier aufbauen? Ich habe ein bisschen angst das meine zukünftige schildkröte und ich uns nicht verstehen.
Habt ihr vielleicht dann auch tips wie das möglich ist oder kennt ihr Wasserschildkröten die auch an Land gehen mit denen man besser klar kommen würde und man halt eine bindung aufbauen kann?

If you want a bond with your animal, turtles are probably unsuitable. There is a YouTube channel from someone who holds various turtles, which can ideally last throughout the year also outdoors and there you can see very clearly that a bond is only one-sided. One loves his animal (his animals), cares best, etc., so builds up an emotional bond, but there’s nothing coming back. It’s just that.

As already said, a turtle is absolutely unsuitable here. If you’re too upset about such an animal, you’re going to get him on the nerves (stresses it) rather than something else. I assume you don’t want to.
