For the weaker days of the period, you can also buy some thinner bonds, they are less noticeable when wearing.

There are also wings to keep the laundry clean.

Hello

For hygienic reasons, bindings and slip inserts should be changed at the latest after 10-12 hours, at best even earlier if there is something inside like blood.

Well, I change those then usually after a few hours,at me it is so after a few hours that become unpleasant and then I have to change.Also I would change those already but stop as often as if with blood
