Binde schon heute einlegen?
Hallo^^ Meine Periodenapp sagt,dass ich morgen meine Tage bekommen sollte. Jetzt ist aber das Problem, dass ich meine Periode ganz schön stark habe (vom Blut her) aber keine Krämpfe oder sonstige Symptome^^
Heute habe ich zwar noch nicht meine Periode, aber ich gehe heute zum Vereinstanz (geht von 16:30-18:20). Ich habe etwas Angst, dass ich meine Tage doch schon heute bekomme, deswegen ist meine Frage ob ich schon heute eine Binde einlegen sollte.

Sure you can, if you don’t feel safe, put one in. you have to feel safe, but you can’t enjoy yourself.
