Am I underweight? (Do I actually feel fat)?
Hi.
I measured my BMI out of curiosity and came up with 17, which is actually underweight. (I'm 13 years old, male, 170cm tall, 50kg.)
But I feel like I'm fat and I don't feel good about my body.
What should I do?
Best regards,
Cookie Toaster

Hello CookyToaster,
then something is wrong with your mirror.
You can still pack 10 kilos and still be slender.
So always eat nicely.
