Am I too fat?
Hello, I, f 15, am 170 tall and weigh 67.7kg.
Chest circumference: 87
Waistline: 76
Hip circumference: 101
Arm circumference: 31
Leg circumference: 56
Am I normal or too fat? How can I lose weight? My goal is 56 kg. I just feel really uncomfortable, even though I play soccer twice a week. I think I'm kind of too fat, right?

Just so for comparison, I’m 16 1/2, male and 1.82m tall and weigh only 47kg lol okay, I’m really too thin, but you’ll notice the difference.
56kg would be a little bit. However, football games may lead to muscle build-up and increase weight rather than lowering it. So, 60 to 63kg as target values, I would be very good.
I think that’s what’s going on, but I’m sure sports will go on.
